Seeking help when grappling with grief is completely okay. Whether you've recently experienced loss or are still processing loss from the past, reaching out for support is brave and necessary. You don't have to navigate this alone; there are caring professionals and communities ready to offer guidance and comfort.

These services are not all crisis-support or emergency support services.

Kids Helpline is available 24/7 to support young people aged between five and 25, call 1800 551 800

General and specialist support groups located online in Melbourne for those grieving the death of a child, sibling, and/or grandchild

Online grief support groups for anyone that has lost someone close to them
